• To enter the competition, you will need to visit the entry page at www.tomraffield.com, enter your details and submit your entry. No purchase is necessary to enter. Only one entry per user. Access to a valid address, the internet and an email account are required to enter.
• Entries open at 10am BST on Wednesday 15th May 2024 and close at 10am BST on Wednesday 29th May 2024.
• One winner will be drawn at random from all completed, legible entries and notified via email (the same email they provided when entering) within one working day of the closing date. The winner must reply to email (media@tomraffield.com) within 48 hours in order to confirm acceptance of their prize. Should the prize not be claimed within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected at random and again contacted by email. By entering the competition, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions. If the winner declines the prize or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.
  
• The prize winner agrees to the use of their name for promotional purposes.
  
• The competition prize is a Tom Raffield Skipper Wireless Wall Light and a £250 voucher to spend at Earthborn on their range of interior paint.
  
• Entrants agree to join the Tom Raffield and Earthborn newsletters (stipulated by competition entry requirements). You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link in the emails received. Personal data will be processed in line with the privacy policies of Tom Raffield and Earthborn.
  
• The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
  
• If Tom Raffield or Earthborn are unable to provide the stated prize due to circumstances beyond their control, they reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
  
• The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Tom Raffield, Earthborn and their immediate families, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion. Entries in the incorrect format will not be considered. Once entered, entries cannot be returned or withdrawn.
  
• Entries received after the competition closing date and time will not be counted. Neither Tom Raffield nor Earthborn accept any responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to any technical fault.
