Seconds Sale: Terms and Conditions
- Seconds can be only ordered online at tomraffield.com or over the phone on 01326 722725.
- Seconds orders can only be shipped to UK addresses.
- No further discounts or promotions may applied or used in conjunction with any seconds purchases.
- Seconds are sold as described on a first come, first served basis.
- Sale starts 02/07/24. All items are subject to availability and while stocks last. We may end the Seconds Sale at any time without notice at our discretion.
- We are unable to specify the exact fault on each piece due to the variation and quantity.
- Seconds items cannot be reserved. We recommend that customers complete their purchase as soon as they have added all required items to their basket to avoid any disappointment.
- When an item is classified as a 'Second' the fault or faults may be in the finish, the shape or size, small hairline cracks or the product may be a discontinued style. The faults are not structural (i.e. each piece still functions as intended and is usable). The product may also be an early prototype made by our workshop team whilst developing new ranges.
- Seconds products may be returned but are excluded from our free returns policy. They must be in their original condition and packaging and unused.
Returns of Seconds will be subject to a returns charge depending on the size of the item:
