UK DELIVERY from £9.95*
All of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order within a lead time period clearly stated on each product page. If you have ordered multiple items, they will be shipped together within 24 hours of the longest lead time. We will contact you the day before the delivery to let you know that your order is ready for dispatch and then the courier will inform you of your delivery day/time. For large volume orders we may use a private courier to deliver your order or the pallet network. If so, a member of our customer service team will be in contact to talk through the options and find the most suitable one for you.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
In addition to the UK, you can shop and check out with a selection of our steam bent designs across the EU, USA, and Canada.
Our website automatically detects your location and shows you the products available to ship to you. If you're ordering for delivery to a different region to the one from which you're browsing, you can change your location using the menu at the top of the website at any time. Should you land on a product that isn't available for your location, a message on the page will let you know.
At the checkout, all import duties and taxes are included in the price you pay, so there's no further charges on delivery.
