The competitor’s price will need to be publicly available to all customers. For our sales team to verify these prices, they will need to be displayed and available to purchase on the competitor’s own website, or in store.
The product must be available from a comparable retailer with a UK store and online presence. This does not include online-only retailers, auction sites, overseas stores or AMAZON.
The price must apply to an identical, individual product - that’s the same condition, size and wood type, or a one of our standard upholstery colours.
For us to match the price, our competitor must have the product in stock (rather than available only to order). We also verify that the competitor is able to deliver in equivalent timescales to us.
We match price-based promotions given at the point of purchase but will not consider service or reward-based promotions, such as trade-ins, cashbacks, installation, extended warranties, interest-free credit or express delivery.
Regrettably, we do not match ex-display stock, reduced faulty goods sold by retailers or third-party non-national websites.
The decision of our Customer Service Team is final.
