All of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order within a lead time period clearly stated on each product page. If you have ordered multiple items, they will be shipped together within 24 hours of the longest lead time. The shipment time will be advised at checkout and will commence once your order leaves our workshop.
DUTIES & TAXES
To make your delivery experience as smooth as possible, we offer the option to prepay all applicable duties and taxes at checkout on most orders. Simply select this option when placing your order and the full cost will be calculated and added to your cart, so there is nothing to pay when your shipment arrives. If you prefer not to prepay, duties and taxes will be collected by the courier upon delivery in line with your country's import regulations. We recommend prepaying where possible to avoid any delays or unexpected charges.
