Opening on the 17th September to coincide with London Design Festival 2018, the Tom Raffield x Coexistence showroom takeover will run for 2 months, allowing plenty of time for the Cornish designer’s iconic designs to be marvelled in the capital.

The Coexistence showroom on Upper Street will feature Tom Raffield’s recently launched Modum and Green Ranges, as well as the full catalogue of iconic handcrafted, steam-bent pieces for which the Cornish-based design studio has become renown. An exclusive preview of the upcoming Tom Raffield Noctis Range, available to purchase from October, will also be available to view.

The opportunity to partner with Coexistence was one we simply could not surpass. The Coexistence showroom is the perfect place to view our expansive steam bent furniture and lighting collections and a great place to take an exciting sneak preview of our upcoming launches. We are looking forward to entertaining guests, contract clients and press contacts alike and showcasing what we do best: creating handcrafted, iconic heirlooms of the future

The Green Range

The Tom Raffield Green Range, inspired by the biophilic trend sweeping the interior design world, promises to summon nature inside and transform any space.

Four innovative, steam bent indoor planters in the form of wall hanging, ceiling hanging and floor standing designs, celebrate the fusion of traditional craftsmanship and nature.

Bestsellers of the range, available exclusively from Tom Raffield, include the Merryn Floor Standing Planters, whose twisted blades of steam bent oak stand shoulder to shoulder in a spherical formation to support a sleek edged, hand glazed, ceramic planting bowl.

Celebrating the health and wellbeing associated with biophilic design, using natural, sustainable materials and drawing inspiration from the natural world is at the core of everything we do.

The Modum Range

Taking inspiration from the organic shapes, movements and sequential patterns that are found in the natural world, Tom Raffield’s new Modum Lighting Range aims to put nature back in the spotlight.

Stand outs include the Arame Wall Light whose steam bent silhouette promises to create boundless, unfurling shadows that pirouette and tumble in kaleidoscopic tessellation. Other key pieces include the Quill 325 and Quill 550 Pendants which feature looping, layered plumage of oak or walnut wood designed to mimic a bird’s feathers in full flight formation.

The Noctis Range

A nod to the modern interior trend of using masculine, darker tones, the Tom Raffield Noctis Range shows confidence in bold, definitive silhouettes. The brand-new collection features seven ebonised versions of Tom Raffield’s most iconic lighting designs and promises to bring daring, darker depths to interiors.

Must-see products include the new Noctis Urchin Cluster - a customisable multi-pendant chandelier that allows each ebonised light shade to be suspended at a different height to create a showstopping configuration - and the unique, ebonised No.1 Giant Pendant, Tom Raffield’s first ever design re-imagined.

Contract, Trade and Press can make an appointment Monday-Friday at the Coexistence Showroom from 17th September onwards at 288 Upper Street, London, UK, N1 2TZ
