With a new season around the corner, it’s time to get homes Spring-ready with the new Enka dome pendant from Tom Raffield - launching Friday 20th January 2023 only at www.tomraffield.com
Experts in designing and crafting sustainable wooden lighting from their Cornwall based workshop, Tom Raffield expand their lighting range with a unique new silhouette. Joining Tom Raffield’s iconic lighting collection, the Enka Pendant honours the partnership between sustainably sourced, steam bent wood and tactile, earthenware pottery.
Establishing the new Kera Lighting Range, the beautifully simple lampshade showcases minimal design that will transform extraordinary interiors. Rooted in Scandinavian serenity, the Kera Lighting Range contrasts clean, sculptural lines with raw, natural materials that intrigues the sense of touch.
Tom Raffield designs are synonymous with nature; each product is hand-shaped using sustainable wood and created as sculptural pieces of art using a pioneering and ecological form of steam bending.
“The Enka Pendant marries understated simplicity with intriguing texture to create a truly unique design that will create a statement in any space.”
– Tom Raffield, founder and designer.
Working in harmony, a steam bent arch of sustainably sourced ash wood provides an aura for the dome-shaped, hand-glazed earthenware lampshade. Secured with luxurious brass flourishes, the ceramic Enka ceiling light is perfectly balanced to set a serene scene with soft ambient downlighting.
Exuding calm, the Enka Pendant celebrates the relationship between two traditional crafts. Perfect for relaxing bedroom spaces, Scandi kitchens and soothing self-care sanctuaries, the Enka's contemporary dome light shade suits a myriad of spaces.
The way forward? Paring it back.
