PRODUCT STORY
With a bold and compact aesthetic, each of Tala's Porcelain III light bulbs (equivalent to 6W) have been moulded from matte glass, individually mouth-blown and then sandblasted to create a smooth, silky to the touch finish.
The Porcelain III light bulb has been covered in a phosphor coating to control glare usually produced by filament bulbs and illuminates interiors with a comfortable and soft, ambient white light.
We recommend the Porcelain III to complement Tom Raffield products including the Skipper Lighting Range.

LIGHT BULBS
All Tom Raffield lights are designed to use energy-saving LED bulbs, which are also incredibly long-lasting, up to 30,000 hours use (that’s up to 20 years!). Our suppliers use high quality materials to maximise the life of the product and minimise waste.
RECYCLING
We are proudly part of the DTB Scheme, designed to minimise the number of waste electricals (WEEE) ending up in landfill. As a Tom Raffield customer, you'll be able to deposit old electrical items at recycling sites free of charge, we’ll cover the cost.
CEILING KITS
High quality and long lasting, our ceiling kits are supplied as standard with most of our ceiling lights.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
DELIVERY TO USA & CANADA
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. All of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order within a lead time period clearly stated on each product page. If you have ordered multiple items, they will be shipped together within 24 hours of the longest lead time. The shipment time will be advised at checkout and will commence once your order leaves our workshop.
DUTIES & TAXES
To make your delivery experience as smooth as possible, we offer the option to prepay all applicable duties and taxes at checkout on most orders. Simply select this option when placing your order and the full cost will be calculated and added to your cart, so there are nothing to pay when your shipment arrives. If you prefer not to prepay, duties and taxes will be collected by the courier upon delivery in line with your country's import regulations. We recommend prepaying where possible to avoid any delays or unexpected charges.

RETURNS INFORMATION
As our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, returns are at our discretion for orders delivered outside the UK and EU/EEA but we will always do our best to find a solution. If you do need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Any approved return will need to be shipped back to us at your cost and in resalable condition.
Please note that outbound shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any courier handling charges are non-refundable. If a delivery is refused or returned to us due to unpaid duties or taxes, we will refund the product value only, once the goods have been received back in resalable condition and after any return freight or associated charges have been deducted.
