Alongside our proud partners of the WWF 2030 Circle, Tom Raffield have pledged support to help plant a trillion trees by 2050. That's right, a trillion. Our annual philanthropic donation enables the Trillion Trees programme to ambitiously aim for one trillion trees to be re-grown, saved from loss, and be better protected around the world by 2050.
Since becoming a member of the WWF 2030 Circle, we've been overwhelmed by your intrigue and positive interest in getting involved. So much so, that even though we're already supporting the trillion trees programme, we wanted to grant you, our customers, the same opportunity.
So, that's why from now on you'll find the option on our checkout page to contribute to the Trillion Trees programme - 1% or a custom donation amount - it's up to you. Completely optional but very welcomed.
Each month we donate your kind contributions, as well as our own, on your behalf straight to the Trillion Trees programme. And if you decide not to donate, or can't at this moment in time, please rest easy in the knowledge we're supporting this charity regardless and helping to restore the planets biodiversity, one tree at a time.
It may seem jarring - a business centred around wood preaching about the damaging consequences deforestation. But as our loyal customers already know, we exclusively only source the wood for our steam bent designs from sustainably managed, PEFC and FSC woodlands. This means that the wood harvested by our trusted suppliers is replanted in abundance and outnumbers the trees felled for manufacture.

We are facing three of the biggest global emergencies in the history of the human race. Forests sequester more carbon, regulate the climate, sustain biodiversity and provide food and livelihoods for millions.
With a combined network spanning 120 countries, Trillion Trees has the expertise and long-standing relationships with governments, civil society, businesses and local communities to end deforestation and support tree cover where it is needed most.
Since the launch of the programme in 2017, A Trillion Trees has supported the protection of 12.5 billion trees and the reforestation of 1.5 billion trees in 29 countries around the world.
"Together, we are committed to protect and restore one trillion trees by 2050, for the benefit of people, nature and a stable climate".
