Organise a return
Please note that collections can only be booked on weekdays between 9am-5pm only.
Our team require at least two working days of notice when booking a collection.
Once our team has booked your collection you will receive an email notification informing you of your collection date and time window slot.
If your order was delivered on a pallet then please call the office on +44 (0)1326 722725 to arrange a special collection.
If the item is damaged, please send us an email at email@example.com with some photographs clearly showing evidence of the damage. State your order number as a reference and include your telephone number.
