Our specialist delivery service aims to provide an elevated level of care and attention to detail for large orders, or large scale designs (eg. sofas). The service only applies to UK delivery locations.
Our customer service team will contact you via email to discuss delivery of your specialist order the week before it is due to be dispatched from our workshop. On the confirmed morning of delivery, our delivery partner will telephone you to inform you of your timed delivery slot.
Please note: Please remember to check that items can be delivered into your space easily. This includes checking hallways and door frames throughout the property. if an item cannot be delivered it will be returned to our workshop and a return delivery fee of £10 will be charged. Charges will also apply to cancelled deliveries, failed deliveries or return collections.
