The Morvah Giveaway competition closes at midnight 25/05/2019. Entries received after this time will not be counted. Tom Raffield accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault. The winner will be chosen at random and contacted via email. The winner must either reply to the email from Tom Raffield (media@tomraffield.com) or call the Tom Raffield office on 01326 722725 within 48 hours in order to confirm acceptance of their prize. Should the prize not be claimed within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected at random and again emailed. No cash alternative available. By entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions. The prize will consist of a Tom Raffield Morvah Ceiling Hanging Planter (no plants included). The prize cannot be exchanged for another product or gift voucher, no cash alternative. There is no entry fee and no purchase required. If, due to circumstances beyond their control, Tom Raffield is unable to provide the stated prize, they reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. The competition is open to attendees of Chelsea Flower Show 2019 who entered the Tom Raffield giveaway on the Force of Nature Garden Stand, except employees of Tom Raffield and their immediate families, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion. The prize winner agrees to the use of their name for promotional purposes.
