Working pattern: This is a permanent full time role based at our design studio in Falmouth, Cornwall. Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm with flexible working culture. At present we do not work weekends or bank holidays unless business demands it.

What you'll be doing...
We are a collective of talented individuals managing the media & marketing strategy, reporting, modelling & analytics, tools & systems to attract customers to our unique brand and range of homeware. We are looking for a driven Digital Campaign Manager to join us in building the Tom Raffield brand. The successful applicant will own the planning and delivery of our digital customer acquisition, customer retention and reactivation campaign activity, helping to create an affective sales funnel and ensure our paid media strategies are efficient and effective. This is a really exciting time to join our brand as we continue through our growth journey.
We are looking for a confident, self-driven and enthusiastic team member with a can-do attitude. You will have experience within a fast paced brand, ideally luxury retail. Working closely with our agency partners you deliver on our paid marketing strategy to support our commercial targets and customer objectives. So organisation and numerical skills are paramount to this role, alongside excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with a professional and personable character. The candidate will be able to work well under pressure, through effective time management, prioritising workloads with efficiency and accuracy. Your key responsibilities:
Support the Head of Marketing & Sales to execute the marketing strategy, partnering with our digital marketing agencies and manage end-to-end our brand, acquisition and remarketing campaigns.
Coordinate our external agencies to ensure the brand’s growth across key customer target groups are hitting our strategic goals, with experience in managing PPC, Google Shopping, Google Adwords, Bing Ads etc.
Plan, implement and report on paid marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
Brief external agencies and monitor alignment between campaigns plans and business objectives.
Coordinate the budgets, conversion, media and creative execution to ensure top-quality campaign delivery.
Track, analyse and report performance across all campaigns and make strategic optimisations to achieve and exceed brand and growth KPIs, in collaboration with agencies and internal analytics tools.
Implement new channels (inc. affiliate programme) to drive growth across all digital touchpoints, alongside a/b testing to improve performance and inform campaign and creative strategies.
Present weekly and monthly campaign performances report to the Head of Marketing and team.
Be a key member of the wider marketing team, working closely to deliver our over-arching strategy, marketing plan and key messages. Ensure all marketing campaigns are joined up and cohesive.
Work with our creative team to brief and create paid campaign assets.
Research and pitch new paid channel opportunities in order to keep reaching more of our target demographic.
Work in a fast-paced work environment and have the ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve and streamline our current internal marketing processes.
Your skills and experience:
3-4 years experience in marketing campaign management and working with data, Google analytics, reporting.
Experience of media planning, campaign set-up, campaign optimisations (mainly digital channels), reporting and analysis of data. In-house and working with an external agency.
Experience in media planning and managing marketing campaigns (both brand, acquisition and remarketing) across paid digital channels (such as Social, Search).
Tracking of campaign budget including raising and tracking POs, performance and optimisation.
Strong experience in Attribution, Google Analytics and/or analytics in general.
Experience in partnering with various internal teams and external suppliers (e.g. media agencies) and in demonstrating critical thinking, attention to details and negotiation skills.
Experience in working within the luxury retail market.
