Returns Policy

If your item is not suitable and just doesn’t ‘fit’ then please let us know within 7 days of receiving the order and we will offer a full refund. We will refund the original credit card used for the purchase within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.  As soon as the goods have arrived back with us, we will either offer a refund or a replacement.

Products that are made to specific order to include all of our seating (the made to order furniture) cannot be refunded, unless there is a fault with the product.
