Product info

Customers will be offered craftsman made products made at our workshop in Cornwall. The timber we use is sourced from sustainable forests and our processes, mainly being steam bending have not caused unnecessary pollution or damage.

We will do our utmost to ensure that the products are clearly and accurately described and that they arrive safely and to our customer’s satisfaction. All of our products are handmade so please allow for slight variations from product to product. We have tried to give as much information about availability, lead times and delivery costs of products with each and every product listing and we will keep this information as up to date as we can.

Payment

Our shop enables you to purchase securely online with Sage Pay (once known as Protx).

Pricing

Prices are all shown in GBP inclusive of VAT. Prices displayed throughout this website were accurate at the time of publication and may change at any time.

Purchase

When you place an order, you will be sent an acknowledgement by email. We will contact you if there are any problems with your order. You may cancel your order within 7 days. If the item has been dispatched simply return it to us or let us know so we can collect it from you for a full refund minus the delivery costs.

Postage

We aim to post ‘in stock’ items within 4 days of receiving your order but this may be longer during holiday periods. Items will be sent out with FEDEX UK on a 24hour signed for delivery service. Some of the smaller items will be posted on a 1st class service with Royal Mail. We will notify you once your order has been placed letting you know a date for delivery.

All of the furniture is made to order. These items can take up to 3 months to arrive with you. Further details will be explained once an enquiry has been made.

Faults

If we make a mistake, the most important thing to do is to put it right. Where a damaged or faulty product has been delivered, we will do our utmost to rectify the error as quickly as possible to the satisfaction of the customer, and if that cannot be done, we offer a full refund including our delivery costs.
