Customers will be offered craftsman made products made at our workshop in Cornwall. The timber we use is sourced from sustainable forests and our processes, mainly being steam bending have not caused unnecessary pollution or damage.

We will do our utmost to ensure that the products are clearly and accurately described and that they arrive safely and to our customers satisfaction.

Return Policy

We take great care and pride in all our goods being made to very high standards, ensuring quality control throughout the making process. However, if your purchase does not meet with your approval upon receipt, please notify us within 7 days. Return the item(s) in "as new" condition within 14 days to guarantee a refund. We are unable to refund shipping, handling or insurance charges, except of course in the case of any errors on our part.

Products that are made to specific order cannot be refunded, unless there is a fault with the product.

Faults

If we make a mistake, the most important thing to do is to put it right. Where a damaged or faulty product has been delivered, we will do our utmost to rectify the error as quickly as possible to the satisfaction of the customer, and if that cannot be done, we offer a full refund including our delivery costs.

Delivery Policy

Please refer to the specific product for delivery information and lead times. Smaller products will usually be sent out within 5 working days (7 working days for international orders). For some of the larger pieces, often they are made to order taking up to 4 weeks to arrive. You will receive an email confirmation from us upon ordering, detailing an approximate date for delivery. Privacy Policy

When you visit tomraffield.com website you may be asked to provide personal information, such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, and other personal information. Tom Raffield will ensure the privacy, safety and security of this information. Tom Raffield collects your personal information only as necessary to respond to your enquiries, supply you with requested information on Tom Raffield products and to provide you with information that may be of interest to you.

When you order via telephone, we will require your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit/debit card number and card expiry date. Without this information we will not be able to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order. Once your order has been processed your financial account details are destroyed and are NOT kept on record. Should you choose to order via Paypay, a direct payment into our Paypal account will occur and your account details will not be disclosed to us.

Tom Raffield will not sell, rent or give away your personal information to any unrelated company, organisation or individual without your permission. Tom Raffield may use your e-mail address to mail you notices of special discounts or events. Your e-mail address will not be shared with any other organisation.
