We have some wonderfully exciting news for a Wednesday. Tom Raffield will be attending the much-admired trade show Decorex.
We are honoured and delighted to announce that we have been asked to collaborate with the internationally renowned interior designer, Victoria Meale, to design and make a special set of furniture pieces for the VIP Lounge. The area is entitled “House in the Garden” and has been specially designed by Victoria for House & Garden magazine. The furniture will demonstrate the beautiful shapes and organic forms that steam-bending wood can achieve.
Our friendship with Meale was founded on a mutual passion for sustainability. Victoria set up her business, Victoria Meale Design, in January 2009, and offers a comprehensive and bespoke interiors service. This includes design consultancy, interior styling and room by room design services. It has to be said that Victoria’s approach to sustainable design is wholly refreshing. Very few, who champion improving the environmental quality of indoor spaces, do it in such a sophisticated way.
For over 60 years House & Garden Magazine has set the gold standard in design and decoration for the home. It is a versatile publication which pride itself on the broad spectrum of topics it covers. From beautiful homes and exquisite gardens, House & Garden also features travel, wine & food, lifestyle and shopping content.
